NOVEMBER TO APRIL TRAINING

THROWING AND PITCHING

RBI Throwing & Pitching programs are geared toward INDIVIDUALIZED planning. Each program builds a plan for each athlete; with the assistance of technology and tested training methods.

We FOCUS on:

  • Arm Strength

  • Arm Care

  • Conditioning

  • Recovery

  • Daily Routines

12U / 15U / 18U Programs Offered.

HITTING

RBI's Hitting Classes are set up to instruct young athletes to become BETTER HITTERS - NOT SWINGERS.    Proper repetition and movement patterns are crucial.

 

Taking 200-300 swings per day is great, but RBI ensures athletes understand the WHAT, WHY & HOW's of hitters training. There is always a reason for training - an ULTIMATE GOAL.    

 

The program begins with building an individual player plan. Video recording and BLAST MOTION baseline testing will build the foundation for our athletes to train.     

9U / 12U / 15U / 18U Programs Offered.  

fielding 

Ran at the state-of-the-art, 7,000 sq. ft. Regina Sports Performance Center. Our new fielding program is an opportunity to train defensively. TRUSTING your glove is an essential part of being a gold glove ball player. Our professional staff will take the time to develop our athletes into trustworthy fielders. Infield & Outfield Skills + Sprint / Conditioning Training

Programs are offered for athletes 11-14yrs. & 15-18yrs. of age.

RBI WORKOUTS

Offseason Fitness Training is where players BUILD STRONG FOUNDATIONS. We offer full programs out of our in-house gym/ weight-room.

Programs are offered for athletes aged 15-18yrs of age.
